Your only worry should be where you will find the next great beach. Relax! We will watch your house for you while you are away. Our Vacation Package starts at only $25.00 a day with a 6-day package. One time visits starting at $45.00. After every visit, we will email you with an update on your home’s condition.
Included in the daily visit:
Inside your home we:
- Check major appliances
- Refrigerators
- Freezers
- Water heater
- Washer/Dryer connections
- Flush all toilets and run all faucets
- Check all door and window locks
- Check to make sure air conditioning is running
- Replace light bulbs when needed
- Check for odors and find the source
Outside your home we:
- Take flyers and ads off of front door
- Walk perimeter of home checking for:
- Vandalism
- Graffiti
- Obvious leaks in sprinkler system
- Storm damage
- Gates are locked and secure
- Replace light bulbs when needed
